• Pave is the standard, $140k to $170k
  • GF is CoS is slightly above $170k mark
• Thrive (role)
  • Not healthcare specific, but do have some healthcare companies
  • Raised a huge fund last fall ($3bn)
  • 90% to 95% portfolio impact role
  • Act as CoS / strategy and Ops lead for Thrive portfolio companies (1-3 companies)
  • 5% is working with LT at Thrive to work on portfolio financials (what do we want to do with our shares), modelling out scenarios
  • Thrive could supercharge me
  • Comp will be standard package ($175k base with $40k bonus (fund and personal performance))
  • Within a year get access to carry pool
