JP 2 years in lev fin — knew It wasn’t for him

Inefficient business, hierarchical, not creative, no real impact

Reached out to people who worked in banking to see what they did after

Was drawn to a startup because he liked that there were fewer people and decent pay

Learning way more now than he did in banking — no regret for working in banking learned a lot

Very helpful to have a strong excel operational background

Startup is Load Smart in logistic space

**Go on indeed: business operation, strategic development, business strategy, associate, analyst

Corporate development means more finance and M&A

Put together a 15 page document on the industry and the company so he would be well versed on the space for the interview. Get smart in the space

When you have a call with a company It is usually the person who will be hiring you so be prepared

Use LinkedIn a lot — It is really helpful

Finding companies: googling startups, word of mouth, indeed
