• Orange is the best color to have

• Try your best to avoid selling houses
• For speed of development, the order is orange, light blue, blue, brown, pink
• Brown is generally not worth it. Pink is the worst monopoly on the jail side
• Cost to develop red is high which can be tricky to develop. Yellow is as expensive but on a colder spot on the board. Green is a colder, more expensive yellow.
• Railroads can be good to own but shouldn’t be a priority. Utilities suck.
