Why do I want to work at Notion?

I want to work with smart people in the context of a company that I believe in. Selling people on using Notion wouldn't exactly be something new to me. Since the day I downloaded it, I have been something of an evangelist for the brand. Many companies rely on affiliate marketing schemes to spread their product. To me that's backwards. You shouldn't have to pay someone to market your product. Make your product so good that your users can't help but recommend it to others. Looking back at my life, which I have now segmented into B.N. (Before Notion) and A.N.A. (After Notion Adoption) I can hardly remember what things were life before I used this tool. Maybe I subconsciously choose to suppress the chaos and disorganization that is inextricably tied to trying to organize one's life through nested google doc links. I see Notion as the future of managing work flows for individuals and companies. A future I want to help to build. Sometimes you need to quit your job in banking to be a part of a company you believe in, the same way that sometimes you need to sublease your apartment and move to Japan to focus on something you're building, to each their own I suppose.

I am analytical, driven, and team-oriented. I am looking to level-up and would love to do so at Notion.

Needless to say, Notion has become an integral part of my life. I have everything in my work space. My thoughts, my books, my notes, my memories of the past, my plans for the future, my schedule, my to-do list, my restaurant list, my movie list, and much more.
